Privacy Policy constitute the Website Terms and Conditions (T&C) for Atmost Malta’s website (“Sites” or “website”, atmostmalta.com) and are applicable for all website users – visitors, authors, registered users, other third parties that make use of the Sites and contents (“Users”).

Our Privacy Policy sets out the terms on which we process any personal data Atmost Ltd. (“we”) collect from you, or that you provide to us and general anonymised usage data that we collect. It also establishes our cookie policy regarding visits to our Sites. By using any one of our Sites and accepting the terms of our T&C, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

Personal Information

You have complete control over your personal information. In general, you can visit our website without providing us with any personal information.

However, there are instances when we request your personal information in order for us to grant you access to our protected and secured sites, or specific content. This information may include: registration data (your name, company, address, email address, phone number, title, etc.), information request data and response data (”User Information”).

We also ask you to submit your details (“Personal information”), when you contact us via the website, this enables us to forward your query to the relevant department and respond to you in a timely manner.

  • Send emails from our CRM account to you
  • Track interactions for email marketing and ad placement purposes

We only record and store information that you explicitly provide us with – by submitting your details via website forms and agreeing to your personal information being stored and processed via third party Customer Relationship Management tools and Cloud.

When you register on our website, or download any content – you will receive a confirmation email, where you can also find instructions on how to remove yourself from the list.

Apart from replying to your queries, from time to time we may also send you newsletters, or contact you for feedback. You will find an option to “unsubscribe” from such mailing lists in these emails.

If you would like your information deleted from all of our systems, please contact us.

Unless you unsubscribe from our lists and request to “be forgotten”- we will retain your data records for a period of 5 years from the last interaction.
